For the Comfy AI app, open Settings → Manage my data. This creates a private link to this page, including for users without an email account.
Sign in to Comfy ArtsIf you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, contact our data support team. Include your account email or app installation reference if available. Do not send passwords. We will verify ownership before exporting or deleting anything.
Keep a copy
Download your profile, saved prompts, notes, revisions and activity records as JSON. Original image and video files are not embedded in this export; download them through the app or website before deletion.
Delete my account & data
This removes your account access, uploaded images and videos, public posts, analyses, notes, drafts on the server and associated app records. It affects both Comfy AI and Comfy Arts when they share this account.
Local copies on your device are removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Minimal financial records, an anonymized blocked ID and abuse-prevention audit records may be retained. Backups are not immediately rewritten; deleted identities remain disabled if a backup is restored. Contact support for retention questions.
Cancel any active subscription in Billing before deleting. Download anything you want to keep first. Deletion cannot be undone.
