Terms for your creative space.

These terms apply to Comfy AI image-to-prompt features and related services from Comfy Arts. Read them alongside the app privacy policy and website terms.

Using the service

You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have the permission required from a parent or guardian, and be at least 13. Keep account credentials secure. Do not bypass access controls, manipulate rewards, interfere with the service or upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative or infringing material.

Your images and publication

You retain ownership of your uploads. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process and publish them, including permission from depicted people where required. By uploading, you grant Comfy Arts permission to store, process and display the image for the service, including selection and public posting by administrators on the Comfy Arts website. Website publication is independent of optional app Explore approval. Do not submit confidential content or material you cannot allow to be displayed publicly.

AI output

Generated prompts may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for your intended use. Review and edit them before use. We do not guarantee originality, ownership of third-party material or fitness for a particular purpose.

Credits and rewards

The app displays the applicable analysis cost. Credits are service units, not money, and have no cash value unless expressly stated. Reward availability is not guaranteed. Server verification determines eligible rewards; duplicate submissions or manipulated activity may be rejected. Website publication alone does not grant an Explore approval reward.

Moderation and accounts

Administrators may review uploads, reject submissions, remove posts or videos, block accounts and erase attributed data to operate and protect the service. Removal can also affect access to saved or public material. Contact support to report content, request removal or ask about a moderation decision.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for lawful use of your uploads and generated outputs.

Access and deletion

Use Manage your data to download your records or delete your account and associated personal content. In Comfy AI, Settings → Manage my data opens a secure link for your app account. Minimal financial and abuse-prevention records may be retained; see that page for details. Contact data support if you cannot access your account.

Content standard

Do not create, upload, publish or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative or otherwise unlawful content. We may restrict models, remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
