1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ComfyArts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service. ComfyArts reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

ComfyArts is an AI-powered image generation and visual deconstruction platform. Users may generate images from text prompts and reverse-engineer visual elements from uploaded images using a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts & Google Sign-In

You must sign in using a valid Google account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. ComfyArts is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Policy — NSFW & Adult Content

ComfyArts may allow the generation of adult/NSFW content for users who have confirmed they are 18 years of age or older. By using the generation tools, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You will not generate content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative manner.
You will not generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, human trafficking, or illegal activities.
You will not generate non-consensual imagery or content that harasses real individuals.
You will not use generated content for illegal purposes in your jurisdiction.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all remaining credits without refund.

5. Credit System

ComfyArts operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased through PayPal and are non-refundable once used. New users receive 100 free credits upon first registration (one time only). Credits do not expire but hold no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Standard Image Generation: 40 credits
Pro Image Generation (2K): 80 credits
Visual Deconstruction (Fast): 5 credits
Visual Deconstruction (Pro): 10 credits

Credit costs are subject to change. ComfyArts will notify users of significant cost changes via the platform.

6. Payment Policy

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize ComfyArts to charge the selected amount. Credits are added to your account only after successful payment verification by our server. ComfyArts is not responsible for PayPal service interruptions.

7. Refund Policy

All sales of credits are final. Refunds are not provided for unused credits. Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of technical failure attributable solely to ComfyArts. Contact support within 48 hours of purchase for refund inquiries.

8. Intellectual Property

Images generated using ComfyArts are owned by the user who generated them, subject to applicable laws. You grant ComfyArts a non-exclusive license to process your prompts and uploaded images for the purpose of providing the Service. You must own or have rights to any images you upload for visual deconstruction.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or API keys.
Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without proper disclosure.
Use automated scripts or bots to consume credits in bulk.
Attempt to circumvent the credit system through any technical means.
Generate content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ComfyArts does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. In no event shall ComfyArts be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

ComfyArts reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your remaining credits are forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
